Not Like Chinese New Year
Hmm...It seemed a bit weird this Chinese New Year. Something CNY-ish feeling was not there. lol. I just couldnt feel the chinese new year festive mood. Although there are decorations and stuff like new clothes new things, the atmosphere is still not there yet. The 1st day of CNY we visited our grandmother, as usual. Follow which we went home. Erm yes, thats all for this new year. Haha. For the other two days would be to relax and chill out with friends. Sounds like some normal holidays that we have. hmmm. On sunday midnight i watched the I Not Stupid Too. haha my first midnight movie. I think the movie was great. 3 1/2 stars to 4 stars. The theme of the movie was very apt for us, teenagers. There was humour as well as those very sad parts. Not bad! haha. Yesterday evening went to Chinatown and Clarke Quay. We walked from Chinatown to Clarke Quay. There were lots of shops and restaurants there but the price was steep. We finally found one restaurant, anyhow, The Tapas Tree, to eat cos' it was already 9+! haha. so picky. We shared one glass of Sex on The Beach drink. nice name yeah. Then everybody just ordered some food to eat. Ug and I shared Paella Valenciana which was for 2 person. yeah i also dont know how to pronounce. $16 each leh. haha. tonight i am going to cindy's house for steamboat. ;). Yeah thats about it. There's just very little CNY atmosphere. Hmmmmm......Happy New Year!

Chinese New Year
Chinese new year is coming soon. Rather its the eve of CNY today. Hmm. I am glad to finally to have waited until Chinese New Year because i can get red packets. haha. Also, its a break for us all (students). However, the teachers are so cruel to give us homework. Haha. Darn! I still need to set aside some time to do homework. Tests are coming up right after Chinese New Year. Argh! Happy New Year guys! Enjoy urselves and have fun, although there is homework. -.-". bye!

Bugis
Hi! Went to bugis today. Haha. This is like the 2nd time there this week. Lol. It seems like bugis is quite a hot spot for shopping despite its unfavourable conditions like too humid and hot and also its very squeezy. I dont really like to sweat but shopping there seems cool cos' most of the latest fashion could be found there. Like for guys the double-layered shirts or long sleeve strip shirt. There are really lots of things there. But its a bit pricey for some stalls. There are like a few stalls selling common jeans, with some fadings at a high price of $30+. Awww. Would anyone buy? lol. I guess there would be cos' i saw some businesses. Today, TXN KXX SXNX was too damn irritating again. I was very annoyed by her behaviour. Lol. She pointed out that i should inform my parents not to be too shocked if they receive the letter for being late twice. ER HELLO. I WAS NEVER LATE FOR THIS MONTH. WHAT THE HELL. EVEN IF I WAS COUNTED LATE FOR TODAY ITS ONLY ONCE. C'MON!!!!!!!! sorry ok i was very angry to be wronged. lol. Sucks man. Also, she gave us a lot of homework. LIKE HELLO THERE IS CNY. argh. sucks!

Geisha
Woo hoo. Watched the memoirs of a geisha. It was a wonderful piece of art. lol. Erm although its not as exciting as thrillers or horror movies, the flow of the story makes the whole movie sort of exciting cos' u will never know what will happen next. Hmm. Sorry, due to my lousiness of english i shall not illustrate more of the movie. Please catch it if u can. I think i would rate it a 3 and a half stars out of 5. It was making me sleepy for some parts of the show though. Hmmm. It was simply interesting cos' we now understand more of this geisha thingy. Lol. I guess this geisha fever would continue for quite some time. By the way, a geisha is not a prostitute. lol. There is a sentence in the movie said by the narrator which i quite like it. It goes, " The heart dies a slow death. Shedding every hope like leaves, until there is no more". Haha. cool~~~~ alright got to go now. tomorrow there is guitar practice. Aw. C'mon man, it sucks. LOL.

Newspaper collection(CIP) and movie
Yesterday was the newspaper collection day. It was quite meaningful but fun also. I learned how to tie the newspapers together. lol. Everybody was just very cooperative which i liked a lot. That also made the whole thing quite smooth and we managed to finish early. Woohoo. However, many other people at other areas had a rough time. They had to wait for the vans to come and collect or the distance between their collection point and the area they were going were too far etc. Hmm. We were actually very lucky already and we even had a trolley!! Well basically the whole thing was just to collect newspapers from 6 blocks(all quite near to each other) of flats. 80,80a,80b,81,82,83. Yeah then we had to tie them and transport them to the collection point which was also not very far. Hmmm yeah basically thats about it. I watched Heirloom with Ivon yesterday at 7.30pm. The movie was not very scary. And the story was moving so slowly that i can sort of predict what was coming up next. Yeah its about this house passed down many generations to the only male descendant of the Yang family. Then many things happened to the people around his friends and his fiancee. Yeah. Quite boring also. lol. hmm. probably 2.5 - 3 stars. AwwWw. wasted my $9.50. lol.

Friday
Lol. Yeah. Its about today, 20th january 2006, Friday. It sucks. Firstly, the gp lesson was still as boring. Although there was some kind of going-to-the-board-to-write activity but it was still horrible. Haha. Maybe bcos' its a friday. Chem prac sucked more. Although the experiment was relatively easy to handle, but i didnt have time to finish it. lol. I copied huiwen's timings. The question part was difficult. It seemed like almost all of my classmates didnt get what Mr Ong(Chemistry teacher) was saying. Hmmm. Until now i am still puzzled. ZzZzZZz. Yes. PE or rather the screening Napfa test was finally here. Today we only did standing broad jump, sit-and-reach and inclined pull ups for the girls. The guys will do the pull-ups next next week. AFTER CHINESE NEW YEAR ( WHAT THE HELL!!). And yeah anyway, failed standing broad jump but at least i broke my personal best. LOL. So yeah, pull ups, sit ups and shuttle run can relax. I am back to the old afternoon pe club. Woohoo. Extended membership. =.="". Weekend is gonna be busy cos' there is the newspaper collection tomorrow and there goes my Saturday. But Sunday i will slack. So yeah i dont know how. I shall see. lol. Sian. Homework homework test. Sigh, sian zzZz.

As the title would have give you the hint, its a boring thursday. Chem lecture, econs tutorials and gp tutorial. Well boring life. Anyway the CT period today was not as bad as i thought. We got to interact with the X teacher. LoL. If not she will say we give her black face or whatever. Always stirring those small trivial matters into big matters. =.=". This Saturday is the Newspaper Collection day. Hopefully it would be quite meaningful. Aw i hate Fridays. There would be PE and Chem practical. Both suck. Especially PE. lol. It will be Napfa! Nothing to do
Surprisingly, i have nothing to do this whole week. I dont know why i have all the time in the world to slack in front of the tv and computer for many hours. It just felt so good. lol. But somehow there was this weird feeling that while my friends were all slogging into tutorials, i was slacking happily. Hmmm. It's ok. As long as i enjoyed! Today i have nothing to do again bcos' there is no maths tutorial. lol. woohoo!
Hmm. Started to plan what i should buy for Chinese New Year(CNY). Cny is coming very soon and though i had bought all the necessary clothes but i am still not quite satisfied. Hehe.

GP still sucks plus chem and maths now
Chem test today was screwed up. Haha. As usual la, most tests that i sit for will be quite screwed up. Unless its like those damn easy topics or mcqs. Sian. I did study. But dont know why screwed up. Lol.
GP. Ok. Damn boring. I was really half dead after GP. It was totally 1 and a half hour of listening and nothing else. We dont get to do things. At least when we do something the time might pass faster, but we were stoning there, staring into the blank or fiddling with pencil box or watch. Argh what the hell.
Gotten back the open book test for maths today. It was a shitty 4 marks out of 10 marks. Lol. Ok it is considered high cos' usually i only get 2 or 3 or on average 4 or 5. But for the fact that i did the tutorial(i always do all the tutorials), i didnt score so well was quite disappointing. Haha. Erm actually this trend of doing the tutorials but not getting good results has been going on for one year. But yeah until now then i mention about it. lol. zZzzZ. I shall not do so much of tutorials from now on. Chem is like this. Maths is also like this. Or maybe i am pure lousy and stupid. Argh~~~~~ Bye

Yeah! The Sun is out. Finally there is a glimpse of hope for swimming. Havent swam for like 1 month. Ok maybe 2 or 3 weeks. LOL. I am bad at remembering things.
Hmm saw chengyin this afternoon at Bugis Junction, The Edge there. She still looks so hip and chic. Haha didnt expect to see her there. Bought a bagpack at the ZINC shop. HmmMMm. The price was reasonable to me. $38. Haha though its a lot of money to me. I am quite broke.

GP sucks
Woohooo...its finally the long awaited friday. The weekend is coming. However, though there are benefits, the disadvantage is of course school work. =.=". Tests....homework again. Haha. Japan
Haha guys. Dont be deceived by this title. This entry is not at all linked to the title. Its due to the suggestion made by Grave( well shes known commonly as Grace Leong, HAHA). She said that "
arhaha..korea.. today japan". So i decided to put Japan. Yeah quite lame ( i mean me not her, though its a little lame on her part too lol), but anyway thinking of a title sort of kills millions of my brain cells, so might as well use it.
Ok enough of the warming up. Haha. Hmm during the holidays last year ( dec 2005 ), i went to bangkok and bought many things for Chinese New Year which is coming soon. I bought like most of the things with much cheaper price beyond imagination cos' i have not been to Bangkok for so long and didnt expect such prices. Lol. Ok i bought jeans, shoes, pants, shirts, belt (with extra buckle) and even tony&guy wax. LoL. It was quite fun to shop for 4 consecutive days. I mean like shop, eat, shop, eat, slp. Then next day again. Haha. Except for the half day tour around some temples and the city.
Yeah. School has finally reopened on 3rd January, Tuesday. Totally horrible. Haha. Still in holiday mood. And worse, there are many homework to rush. Tutorials were counted in piles, ok kidding. Haha. Its like every subject has one or two and this accumulates to MANY! argh. Yeah its those mundane things done everyday. Wake up in the morning, go school, come home, watch tv, slack, do a bit of homework and lastly go into dreamland. The next day again. Life is so boring.
Ok u guys would have noticed i always bitch about school sucks and whatever is boring. Haha. Yup this is how i feel and a huge amount of truth in it though. haha. Well, i shall blog again i dont know when will it be. Probably march? LOL. Alright byebye! be sure to check back "soon". Hehe :D

From 8pm to 11pm or 11.30pm there are shows everyday to watch. Lol. Guitar is getting more and more boring. Argh. Its on Thursday somemore when i am released at 12.15!! omg! It's sooooooo annoying. Hate it.

Japan
Haha guys. Dont be deceived by this title. This entry is not at all linked to the title. Its due to the suggestion made by Grave( well shes known commonly as Grace Leong, HAHA). She said that "
arhaha..korea.. today japan". So i decided to put Japan. Yeah quite lame ( i mean me not her, though its a little lame on her part too lol), but anyway thinking of a title sort of kills millions of my brain cells, so might as well use it.
Ok enough of the warming up. Haha. Hmm during the holidays last year ( dec 2005 ), i went to bangkok and bought many things for Chinese New Year which is coming soon. I bought like most of the things with much cheaper price beyond imagination cos' i have not been to Bangkok for so long and didnt expect such prices. Lol. Ok i bought jeans, shoes, pants, shirts, belt (with extra buckle) and even tony&guy wax. LoL. It was quite fun to shop for 4 consecutive days. I mean like shop, eat, shop, eat, slp. Then next day again. Haha. Except for the half day tour around some temples and the city.
Yeah. School has finally reopened on 3rd January, Tuesday. Totally horrible. Haha. Still in holiday mood. And worse, there are many homework to rush. Tutorials were counted in piles, ok kidding. Haha. Its like every subject has one or two and this accumulates to MANY! argh. Yeah its those mundane things done everyday. Wake up in the morning, go school, come home, watch tv, slack, do a bit of homework and lastly go into dreamland. The next day again. Life is so boring.
Ok u guys would have noticed i always bitch about school sucks and whatever is boring. Haha. Yup this is how i feel and a huge amount of truth in it though. haha. Well, i shall blog again i dont know when will it be. Probably march? LOL. Alright byebye! be sure to check back "soon". Hehe :D
